    The issue affecting the QuickDocs Platform has been resolved. Services are fully restored and operating as expected.

    Hello,

    We are writing to provide an update on the recent issue affecting the special AI checks in our QuickDocs application.

    The service has been partially restored, and AI checks are now functioning correctly in many cases. In particular, folders containing fewer than 100 documents should work as expected.

    However, we are still experiencing limitations when a large number of documents are involved. As the number of documents increases — and depending on the complexity of the checks being run — the likelihood of failures also increases.

    Our team is actively continuing the investigation and working toward a permanent fix that will fully restore reliable performance in all scenarios. We will keep you informed as progress is made.
