    We're currently investigating an issue on the [QuickDocs Platform] that is affecting all users. 

    The platform is currently intermittently unavailable.

    End user impact: 

    Due to backend problems, users will experience hanging operations, unresponsive buttons, and general platform unavailability.

    This issue is being treated with the highest priority. Our Operations and Development teams are actively investigating the cause and working on a solution as quickly as possible.
